01: Questionnaire & Discovery Call - Once you have registered interest and filled out a client questionnaire, we will schedule a 30 min discovery call to establish the main goals for your business and what you are looking for through the design process. 02: On Boarding – Following the call you will receive a proposal to outline how we will approach the project. Once the 50% deposit is paid I will officially onboard you! You will also receive a link to access your Notion Portal. Here you will find invoices, contracts, project presentations timelines and more. 03: Mood Board Presentation – 1-2 weeks after you have been onboarded you will be able to access two mood boards with differing creative direction and colour through the Notion Portal. You will then fill out a short questionnaire of your mood board preferences. Once we have decided on the best creative direction to take your brand I will start designing! 04: Time to Design! – The design process takes around 1 week to complete and will be showcased in a brand presentation. 05: Feedback & Revisions – Once completed, I will upload the presentation to the Notion Portal for you to look at. In the portal there is also a short feedback questionnaire for you to fill in so any last revisions can be made. 06: Off Boarding – Once the final designs have been approved you will receive your files within 7 days. As part of the offboarding process you will also receive a Goodbye Packet including useful information, additional resources and links to purchase fonts.

This package is a great way to get your business started and includes the foundations to establish the face of your brand. It is perfect for you if you already have an established strategy and clear direction for your visual identity.

01: Questionnaire & Discovery Call - Once you have registered interest and filled out a client questionnaire, we will schedule a 30 min discovery call to establish the main goals for your business and what you are looking for through the design process. 02: Onboarding – You’ll be onboarded to your own client portal with Notion. Here you will find all the important Project info! Before starting the design process you will have a questionnaire to fill out about your design preferences for the project and all the important info that will be included within your website. There will also be a link to connect to a google drive to upload all the imagery needed for your website. Once this is complete we will start designing! 03: Initial Home Page Design – The first step in the process is to start developing the mock up home page design in Figma. Once you are happy with this creative direction, I will start designing the following pages. 04: Design Interior Pages – Now we have established the creative direction I will mock up the remaining of the pages on Figma. 05: Feedback – Once completed I will invite you to leave feedback on the mock ups. Within Figma you can pin comments directly to the designs to let me know any changes you are looking to have made. Once these have been revised and you are completely happy, we can move onto developing them within the website builder. 06: Website Development – Once the final designs have been approved I will begin to develop the website! This is the longest stage and takes around 2 weeks. 07: Website Walk Through – Once the website is complete I schedule a call to walk through the finished website with you. This is also where we can make any minor tweaks ahead of the launch! During this walk through I will also go through how to edit your website. 08: Launch! – Now that your website is complete it is time to launch! After you have launched, I will be on hand for the first week for any website maintenance you may need.
